Transcripts

All courses, final grades, credits, GPA’s, and standardized tests (SAT 1 and SAT II) are recorded on a student’s official transcript.  If you need a copy of your transcript, please contact Mrs. Hillman at 201-768-7822 x208, or email her at collegecounseling@holyangelsalumnae.org

Current Students

  • Official transcripts are issued to students and parents upon request, free of charge, during high school years through the College Counseling Office.  An official transcript is sent to every college the student applies to in senior year.
  • In compliance with the request of colleges, during senior year a 7th Semester Mid-Year Report containing the student’s 7th semester, cumulative, weighted GPA is sent to all colleges.
  • In addition, upon graduation, a final transcript is sent to the college of the student’s choice.  This final transcript contains the student’s 8th semester, cumulative, weighted GPA and attendance record.

Transfer Students

Transfer students should consider having their former high school forward their former official transcript to all colleges they are applying to.  AHA shows the courses, grades, and credits from former high schools, but we do not incorporate their GPA’s into ours.

Alumnae

A $5 transcript fee is charged for each transcript requested.

Summer School

Students are encouraged to attend summer courses and programs for enrichment purposes.  However, no permission is granted to students to attend summer school to raise a passing grade or to earn credit toward their AHA diploma.  AHA does not issue credit for courses taken at other institutions.  With the exception of the Math department, summer school courses for advancement are not permitted.  If a student fails a course at AHA, they may take the course over the summer at another institution to get the AHA credit (but not to change the grade from failing to passing).
