Automatic Payments scheduled through FACTS:

· $50 Parents’ Guild Dues

· $500 Capital Management Fee

· $300 Graduation Fee (seniors)

2019-2020 FACTS Agreements have been finalized for upperclassmen and Confirmation Letters were sent directly from FACTS. Please review your letter closely. Changes to banking methods should be directed to FACTS at 1-866-441-4637. Changes to payment schedules should be directed to

· Please note that all applicable credits (sibling discounts, pay in full discounts, financial aid, scholarships, pre-payments) were not reflected in your letter and will be entered during the month of June and before your first tuition payment in July.

· Please contact to terminate FACTS agreements for students that do not plan to return to AHA in the fall.
