FINANCE NEWS 

FACTS Updates

Please note that all credits (financial aid, scholarship awards, discounts, etc.) have been entered for applicable FACTS Agreements. If you have a pending credit, please review your FACTS Agreement closely and contact student billing with any questions.

Important Returning Upperclassmen

If you have received financial aid in the past and wish to receive it again for 2020-2021, you must fill out the FACTS Financial Aid application. Please follow this link to FACTS to begin the application process. Financial Aid cannot be distributed until the application is completed. Please contact the Finance Office directly with any financial aid questions.

Important for the Class of 2024 and New Transfer Students

  1. If your daughter has received a scholarship award from a third-party institution to be applied to her tuition balance, please mail checks payable to AHA directly to the Finance Office. Once received your daughter’s account and FACTS Plan will be credited.
  2. Each new student MUST have a tablet purchased through AHA to participate in freshmen/new student orientation. Please follow this link to purchase a tablet.
    If you have not done so already, please follow this link to register for FACTS for the 2020-2021 school year.
  3. The $850 Technology Fee, $50 Parents’ Guild Dues, $500 Capital Maintenance Fee and $300 Graduation Fee (seniors) were due June 10th and will be automatically remitted through FACTS 10 days after agreement finalization.

Summer Hours

The Finance Office will remain open and working remotely from home during the summer with the exception of Fridays during the month of July. Please contact student billing to make an appointment with the Finance Office as the campus is currently closed due to Covid-19.

FACTS Tuition Management Payments:

If you are requesting a payment date change or adjustment, please contact the Finance Office three (3) business days prior to the date of remittance. Email jcarrier@holyangels.org and indicate URGENT FACTS Payment Request in the subject line.

Funds for tuition payments must be available two (2) business days prior to the scheduled FACTS remittance date.
