IMPORTANT – All student accounts must be current for students to sit for final exams beginning May 24 (seniors), June 1 (Middle School) or June 9 (9, 10 & 11 grades).

Important FACTS Update (all returning student families):

2022-2023 FACTS Agreements have been finalized and Confirmation Letters were sent directly from FACTS. Please review your letter closely. Changes to banking methods should be directed to FACTS at 1-866-441-4637. Changes to payment schedules should be directed to

  • All applicable pre-payments and credits (sibling discounts, pay in full discounts, financial aid, and scholarships) have not been included in your confirmation letter and will be credited to your plan before your first tuition payment in July.

  • Re-enrollment fees for returning students will process automatically through FACTS on May 10, 2022 ($250 Middle School, $350 High School)

  • Remaining assessed student fees will be added to FACTS Plans and will process automatically through FACTS on June 10, 2022 (Technology Fee/Capital Maintenance Fee/Parents’ Guild Dues/Senior Graduation – High School) and (Technology Fee/Parent’s Assoc. Fee/ 8th Graduation – Middle School).

Important for Returning Middle School student families:

  • Leased Chrome Books will be returned to AHA for maintenance and upgrades at the end of the school year. Chrome Books will be reissued at the start of the new academic school year (details regarding this process will follow separately).

Important Information regarding Financial Aid (Tuition Assistance):

  • Tuition assistance applications must be submitted annually.

  • We are still accepting tuition assistance applications (2021 tax return); however, student families that applied by the March 15 deadline take priority. Please follow this link to access the FACTS online application.

  • Award letters will be sent on or before May 15th.

  • Finance Office Hours

    • The Finance Office is open Monday through Friday. Please make an appointment with the Finance Office before visiting to ensure that someone is available to assist you.



FACTS Tuition Management Payments:

If you are requesting a payment date change or adjustment, please contact the Finance Office three (3) business days prior to the date of remittance. Email and indicate URGENT FACTS Payment Request in the subject line.

Funds for tuition payments must be available two (2) business days prior to the scheduled FACTS remittance date.
