2023-2024 FACTS Adjustments

 

All FACTS Agreements are in the process of being adjusted with applicable scholarships, financial aid, and discounts, and will be completed BEFORE your first tuition payment in July. 

 

If your daughter is an incoming freshman and has received a Non-AHA Scholarship award, please send the payment directly to the Finance Office, Attention: Jeanette Carrier. Once payment is received, a credit will be applied to your current FACTS Agreement.

 

IMPORTANT: 2023-2024 FACTS Automatic payments to process JUNE 12, 2023

Upper School Student Families

2023-2024 Student billing fees will automatically process through FACTS on June 12, 2023

· Technology Fee

· Parents' Guild Dues

· Capital Maintenance Fee

· Graduation Fee (seniors only)

 

Middle School Student Families

2023-2024 Student billing fees will automatically process through FACTS on June 12, 2023:

· Chromebook Lease/Technology Fee

· Parents' Association Fee

· Graduation Fee (8th grade only)

 

Please note that FACTS Plans with Full Pay schedules will process student-billing fees with the first tuition payment in July.

FACTS Tuition Management Payments:

If you are requesting a payment date change or adjustment, please contact the Finance Office three (3) business days prior to the date of remittance. Email jcarrier@holyangels.org and indicate URGENT FACTS Payment Request in the subject line.

Funds for tuition payments must be available two (2) business days prior to the scheduled FACTS remittance date.
