Financial Aid Application Procedures 2021-2022

Current Students

Deadline: March 15, 2021

To be considered for Financial Assistance from Academy of the Holy Angels for the 2021-2022 school year, applications must be submitted to FACTS Grant Aid & Assessment.

You may log in using the same credentials as FACTS Tuition Payment Plans.

Please complete the online FACTS form using your 2020 Federal Tax Return. You will receive notification of eligibility in May 2021.

Please note that Financial Aid awarded in one particular academic year does not guarantee aid in future years.

To complete the application process, please send the following items directly to FACTS:
· Copies of your 2020 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
· Copies of your 2020 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
· Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in .pdf format online. Documentation may also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
