SUMMER Information
PLACEMENT EXAMS (9th grade only)
Results are available in the Official Notes tab of your Student Portal. Course placements for math and world language were determined by specific answers as well as overall exam results.
FINAL COURSE LISTS (9th grade and transfer students)
Final course lists, including course levels (CP, H and HH), for the 2022-2023 school year will be available in your portal at 12:00 noon TODAY, July 1. To access your course lists:
  1. 1. Log in to the Student Portal - Students continue directly to Step 3
  2. 2. Parents/Guardians only - click on Student's Name and then Course Requests. 
  3. 3. Navigate to Performance
  4. 4. Select Transcripts and choose Official Weighted Transcript with classes for next/current year
SUMMER READING (All students)
To diversify reading, heighten interest in different subject areas and prepare students for the demands of college, all students at the Academy of the Holy Angels are required to complete a summer reading program.  Unless otherwise indicated, students will be tested on the assigned works during the first full week of school.
SUMMER ASSIGNMENTS - You will need your final course list to determine if the following information applies to you. 
In addition to summer reading, some advanced-level courses require summer assignments. 
  1. 1.Log in to the Student Portal
  2. 2. Click the Holy Angels Home tab on the bottom of your screen.
  3. 3. Navigate to the Topics tab where you will find the Summer Reading AND Summer Assignments links
BACK TO BOOKS - You will need your final course list AND Student ID to order consumable workbooks. Flyer and full directions are on the right hand column of this newsletter.  
For most classes, Academy of the Holy Angels supplies materials students will need for the upcoming school year. However, consumable workbooks must be purchased by each family. 
  1. 1. Parent/Guardian ONLY must log in to the Student Portal
  2. 2. Navigate to the Contact Card tab
  3. 3. Under General Information you will see the Student ID. The first four numbers will be the graduation date (ex: incoming 9th graders will begin with 2026)
The Admissions Office will be closed from Friday, July 1 - Sunday, August 21 for summer vacation. During this time, a member of the Admissions Team will personally respond to any emails within 5 business days of receipt.

Uniform Ordering
All students must wear their full school uniform (fall or spring) and uniform shoe to orientation in August. Order early to avoid delays and back orders! 2022 Uniform Flyer and Pricing.pdf

Summer Updates

Sports tryouts begin in August! Please be sure to read important Fall Tryout Information 2022.pdf as well as letters from our coaches!
Cross Country

August 30 & 31, 9am–2pm: New Student Orientation and Technology Training. Both dates are mandatory for all new 9th grade and transfer students.
August 31, 5pm: New Parent BBQ and Orientation; No students. At least one parent/guardian is required to attend.
September 8: First Day of School
