The Paper Mill Rising Star Award Winning Program of the Academy of the Holy Angels invites YOUto be a part of their Spring Musical
“The Mystery of Edwin Drood”

“An Audience-Participation Musical Mystery Whodunit based on, of all things, a Charles Dickens novel.”

Auditions:

Vocal & Dance Auditions - SATURDAY, Dec 3rd - You must sign up for an audition slot:
Slot # 1: 10am-12pm
Slot # 2: 12pm-2pm
Slot # 3: 2pm-4pm

Vocal Audition:

Be prepared to sing 16-32 bars of a Broadway song in the style of the show (with sheet music). Please no pop or rock songs. Callbacks TBD.

Dance Audition:

Wear tight fitting clothing you can move in – no baggy or ill-fitting clothing. Bring character shoes (preferable), jazz shoes, or ballet flats. NO Uggs, boat shoes, or sneakers. In addition to the regular ensemble, we are looking for 8 strong, athletic, and graceful dancers (male and female) to be featured in some of the numbers. Callbacks TBD. You will be dancing to “There You Are.”

Rehearsals, which begin in December, will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Performance dates are April 7, 8, 9.
