Seed Drive for Project Greenhouse

Project Greenhouse is a school-wide STREAM project whose purpose is to build a functional greenhouse, power it with solar panels, plant seeds that will grow to seedlings that can be transplanted to a large garden, and harvest the crops to donate them to various food banks. 

Our first planting will take place on March 28th here at Holy Angels from 10:00 until 2:00. We are asking students and faculty to bring in seeds and supplies to aid in our planting. Please leave the following items outside the Campus Ministry Office:

9th Graders: 1 packet of any of the following seeds:
green beans
broccoli
zucchini
cantaloupe
herbs (i.e. basil, parsley, rosemary, etc.)

10th Graders: 1 packet of any of the following seeds:
carrots
yellow squash
tomatoes
cauliflower cabbage

11th Graders: 1 packet of any of the following seeds:
eggplant
peppers
cucumbers
pumpkins
watermelon

12th Graders: 1 packet of any of the following seeds:
radishes
brussel sprouts
lettuce
peas
arugula
